was established in Kolkata, 1986 as a philanthropic organization for the propagation of better health through the knowledge and practice of Therapeutic Yoga and spread the ideals of ancient yoga culture of the benefit of mankind.
Now after 32 years, World Yoga Society has 162 affiliated centers spread centers spread all over the world, working to take the mission forward. The Society through Yoga Medical College teaches various courses of scientific Yoga Therapy. The institute provides Certificates and Diploma in Physiotherapy and Naturopathy, Massage Therapy and Teachers Training.

Dr. Dibya Sundar Das crossed the first milestone of yoga culture in early childhood. His father was a great educationist Dr. Ashutosh Das, Professor of Calcutta University, M.A.(Double), PH. D, D. Litt., F.R.A.S. (London), Vidya Vachaspati, Sahitya Shastri, Prachyo Vidya Maharnab , Tantra Yoga Sidhanta Bagish.
